Contract Audit Trail

The system maintains a log of changes in the form of an Audit Trail. A Contract also has a Audit Trail which shows what changes have been made by who and when.

To access Audit Trail from List View:

• Go to the Contract List View.
• Click Select View Audit Trail from the Action Menu.

• The Audit Trail opens where you can view the changes.

To access Audit Trail from Details View:

• Go to the Contract Details View.
• Click View Audit Trail from the Action Menu.
