Sharing an Article/FAQ

You can share an Article/FAQ with others as a link. This works for a published Article/FAQ only.

To share an Article/FAQ:

• Open an Article/FAQ.
• Click on Share situated in the top right corner of the page.

• A dialog box opens where you can generate a sharable link. Anyone can view the content (using the link) regardless of the visibility and permission set by the author. Later anyone (with KB rights) can deactivate the link.
