Task Management Introduction

My Tasks module allows a technician to view all his tasks at a single place. Tasks could be related to different modules, and some of them might be independently assigned. He/she can also create new tasks and assign them to other technicians or themselves from My Tasks.

Access My Tasks

A technician can access My Tasks by going to the launcher and selecting My Tasks.selecting
